Voice Of The Youth

This article may be one of the dearest to me that I think anyone out there reading it will also admit to its reality. Recently I embarked on a short survey to find out from people(The Youth) this,"How better Will It be to have the Youth run the affairs of a Country?" It was quite amazing per the responses given.
Some believe that if the Youth are given the opportunity to run the affairs of a Country,It will be a disaster simply because the former think the mindset/mentality of the Youth isn't built up(developed) enough to run a country's affairs and hence must remain under the supervision of the adults. Others also believe that with current increase in technology and how technology now plays a vital role in a country's development, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to have the Youth running the country's affairs particular with the help of technology. Some of their reasons had to deal with the fact that currently the Youth are storming the technological world ;talk of gadgets usage,social interactions and many others.They believe that per the in-depth knowledge the Youth possess about technology as compared to the adults,a country's development can be assured by allowing the Youth to take over. Well if I'm to say what I think about this, I would say that all points and reasons raised seems to be appealing but here's what I also think considering the conversation at hand.
I believe that a country's affairs can be managed by both adults and youth,thus by the youth supporting the adults. One may ask how, but here's how I believe it works ;it is believed about 90% in almost every part of the world that adults are known to be wise and have that instinct of leadership and so if the Youth are so equipped with technology in these current times that the latter easily handle and manage , then merging both adults and youths in handling or managing the affairs of the country Would be a great step to development. Such that while the adults take charge of the decision making and managing of other major duties, the Youth on the other hand with their technological know-how will be managing other affairs as well so as to help speed up development.
Now you can imagine what a Country will be if the Youth and adults cope so well that they are able to manage the entire affairs of it. For me, I think it will be a great impact of change to the country and the world as a whole. We look forward to the future wishing this can be possible, but until then I pray the Youth are considered vital role players of a country's affairs and granted such opportunities. I May not be speaking the minds of all but with the few raised, I say THE YOUTH MATTERS. Thank you.
