Dawn Of Regrets?

Just like the dawn, I wake with regret,

For words, I sent but cannot reset.

Though they brought joy, it seems so unkind,

That's what you loved, I’ve left behind.


Often I wonder, will you forgive,

What are the moments of carelessness in how I live?

Your love, so pure, deserve the best,

Yet sometimes I need to improve in this test.


Cherished is the bond we share,

More precious than words can declare.

I’m sorry, love, for any pain,

I never meant to leave a stain.


Hope in my heart, you’ll understand,

And take once more this outstretched hand.

With every beat, I vow anew,

To honour the love I have for you.


Every moment I get to express,

My deep devotion, my happiness.

Yet, in my haste, I sometimes miss,

The chance to leave you with a kiss.


Believe me, love, I’m heartfelt,

In every word, though they disappear.

I’ll make it right and with my soul,

Give you my heart, my every goal.


Endlessly, I’ll try once more,

To show you love like never before.

You mean the world, the sky, the sea,

Without you, there’s no more me.


Darling, forgive this foolish mistake,

My love for you, I’ll never forsake.

With open arms, I wait and pray,

That you’ll embrace me once today.

To every living being knowledge is thrilling, and to also possess a foreknowledge regarding any particular thing is absolutely elating. Without a doubt, the future is what every heart do earnestly look forward to experiencing. Nothing can be compared to the excitement that comes with having the privilege of knowing what to expect in the nearest future. People dread being taken by unawares, which is the reason for our having a plan to work with while venturing into business. Humans would happily prefer to see into the future so as to have everything in place in preparedness to tackle whatever challenge that the future intends to bring. This necessity to be futuristic in turn would mean a business opportunity to the fortuneteller(s) who will be sought after by the knowledge seeker(s). Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was born and raised in Ga-Maami (Accra Central) and in the Nima area of Accra. His father’s residence, Betty House at Korle Wokon in Accra, was effectively the headquarters of the country’s first political party, the United Gold Coast Convention (UGCC), after it was formed at Saltpond on 4 August 1947. Three of the ‘Big Six’ – the founding fathers of Ghana – were his relatives: J.B. Danquah (grand uncle), William Ofori-Atta (uncle) and Edward Akufo-Addo (the third Chief Justice of Ghana and later ceremonial President of the Republic from 1969 to 1972), (his father). Akufo-Addo received his primary education first at the Government Boys School, Adabraka, and later at the Rowe Road School (now Kimbu), both in Accra Central. He went to England to study for his O-Level and A-Level examinations at Lancing College, Sussex.
