Life Like The Dancing Clouds
You fed on what your parents served you
All your life
Much of your life
And grew into a monster
And everything you did was to pray
For the day to end quickly
So that you end your story
This life is a long story of pendulums swinging,
At the east
You find dancing clouds
Dancing on songs of grief and darkness
At the west side you see
Dancing clouds that bring us rains of hope, of glory, grace.
It’s called life or something like that when we lose our
fights
And our spectators throw stones at us
And when we win they raise us high to the clouds
No, nobody despises us
It’s just life or something like it
We cry,
The tears
The fears
Of losing what we have sown
We have sown
Of not reaping
Of not reaping
Of losing the pearls we dug for
Of losing the life we have always died for
We roll with the rocks
And they hit us
Tear our skins
Refine us
Make us strong after
There after everybody just lies peacefully permanently in a
garden
And this happens immediately after we’ve discovered the
meaning of life.
When we have taken our chances
When things fall in place per our choices
When we agree the options thrown at us
Is never our obligations.
So we choose, we trim
We straighten the paths to our destinations
But life still becomes this or something like that.
On the other side of life
What was said to the roses to make them glow,
Was said to you
And it turned you into a flesh with no desires
You couldn’t face the volcanoes
You can’t face life as it is?
It is life or something like that
When you can’t sing
Anymore
The songs
The songs
That made you laugh
And the musicians hummed,
You aren’t beautiful until you accept who you are
You don’t conquer the fear of losing
Until you accept that
Life becomes everything you think of it.
